21.08.2007 Daily newspaper Kleine Zeitung “Forwardness in aesthetic design”

Paintings and objects in the gallery of “creosa interior”. What would we do without shelves? Each object is a piece of cultural history on its own. Regardless if it contains food, clothes, tableware, tools, books or wine bottles. Cultural awareness can be noticed from a shelf’s design as well as from the materials that had been used: metall, wood, plastic – whatever. Each has its own character. The young designer Alexander Sickl from Feldkirchen made it his business to enrich, improve and expand this character. His furniture system combines functionality with extraordinary shape. With this forwardness in aesthetic design he may have found the key to solve certain problems.
